We work out of Lakewood and serve the families, landlords and small businesses around us — Tacoma, University Place, Steilacoom, Puyallup and out to Gig Harbor and Olympia when the schedule allows.
Our crew has spent years on South Sound plumbing: galvanized supply lines in older Tacoma homes, root-choked side sewers, slab leaks under 70s ranchers and water heaters installed by whoever was cheapest that decade. That experience is why we camera the line before quoting and why we size a heater to a household instead of a box.

Tenant coordination, photo documentation and direct owner invoicing on rentals and multi-unit buildings.

Workmanship warranty on our labor, manufacturer warranties registered in your name. If it fails, we come back.
